Preheat oven to 350
- 1 Cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 3 T Canola or EVO oil
- 2 T fresh Lemon juice (or more)
- 1 T Lemon zest (or more)
Stir up and Bake for 20 min at 350
GLAZE:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Lemon zest
- 2 (to 4) T Lemon juice
Cool slightly enough to lift out on plate or wax paper.
Glaze and then let set a few more minutes before cutting
