Lemon Brownies

Preheat oven to 350

  • 1 Cup all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 T Canola or EVO oil
  • 2 T fresh Lemon juice (or more)
  • 1 T Lemon zest (or more)

Stir up and Bake for 20 min at 350


  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • Lemon zest
  • 2 (to 4) T Lemon juice

Cool slightly enough to lift out on plate or wax paper.

Glaze and then let set a few more minutes before cutting
