Fried chicken

Large chicken breasts with diagonal cuts to the top

Salt and pepper both sides

Dip in flour and fry slowly in butter

When nearly ready add:

Butter

Minced garlic

Honey

Vinegar

Soy sauce

Simmer while spooning sauce over breasts until done
