
- 2 tsp yeast
- 2 tsp sugar or honey
- 1 1/3 cup warm water
Stir until dissolved
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
Mix – add and stir in 3 cups all purpose flour and add more if needed
Mix by hand then dump on counter to kneed for 3 or 4 minutes
Put back in lag bowl and cover. Rise for 1 hour or double in size
Put in bread pan and let rise for 20 more minutes
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
