- 2 cups shredded Swiss Cheese
- 1 can (10 oz) premium chunk breast of chicken, drained and flaked
- 1 can (8 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Preparation time: Approximately 5 minutes
Cook Time: Approximately 25 minutes
Heat the oven to 350
Combine all ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart ovenproof casserole dish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until mixture is hot and bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
