BREAKFAST CASSEROLE from Susan Heath
- 2 lb sausage
- 1/2/c milk
- 6 beaten eggs
- 1 large chopped onion
- 6 c rice krispies
- 5 c grated cheese
- 2 c cooked minute rice
- 2 cans of cream of chicken
(I use one can of cream of chicken and one cream of celery)
Optional: parsley, green chilis
Topping:
- 1/2 c crushed rice krispies
- 1/4 c fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 2 T melted butter
- 2 T Parsley, green onion, or chilis
Saute sausage and onions, mix in other ingredients.
Mix all and Place in 11 x 13 inch pan
Bake 325 for 45 minutes
