Easy Coffee Mocha

1 cup hot brewed coffee (organic, fair trade)

1 teaspoon or more local honey to taste

1 rounded teaspoon cocoa (organic, fair trade)

A pinch of salt

A sprinkle of cinnamon

Stir together until honey and cocoa are dissolved, then add a glug of organic cream
