What could be more perfect for a cool evening at home?
I took a cookie class from Sharon a long, long time ago and this is my go to recipe for Icing. Make it ahead and store in a sealed container and you will be ready for anything! I even make my sugar cookies up ahead and keep them in the freezer and then when the kids get home, we can just pull them out and add a little food coloring to the icing or just dump decorator sugars in a bowl and go to work making a treat together. Memories are just waiting to be made.
Here’s another Janie recipe. Like I said – she is a good cook and these are so good I renamed them Janie’s Beans! Sorry Darlyne
We love to just whip something easy up and go eat on the patio when the weather is nice. I think these are my very favorite meals.
This one is just flour tortillas with lunch meat, black beans and cheese warmed on top of the stove until the cheese melts, salsa for dipping and my favorite Mango tea.
Great way to spend time with the people you love!
My longtime friend Cynthia made these for an auction and she attached the recipe card and this is exactly what you see here. They are soooo yummy. You got to try them.
My mom made the very best cobblers ever and I never wrote down her recipe. I searched for this one and it was pretty darn good. If you have one you love, please let me know!
