Molasses Cookies

These are the best ever molasses cookies and so easy! Jane gave Dennis some of these when he had his heart surgery in 2000 and I make them all the time. She said they were heart healthy but I have my doubts. Oh well, we love them anyway! (Single recipe won’t last long so that is why I double it every time!)
