

I cook about 5 lbs of peeled and cubed potatoes in water with chopped onion and a little salt.
Then while they are cooking or before – I boil about 3 or 4 eggs hard boiled. Cool, peel and chop.
Drain potatoes and add chopped eggs, dill relish
Add mustard AND mayo to taste and add salt and pepper.
Serve warm or chill in frigerator.

Roll each corner over a strong cheese and pin with toothpick
Spread pizza sauce
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese in middle
Snip oregano bits
Add pepperoni if you like
Sprinkle with Parmesan lightly
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning
Bake
Remove Toothpicks
Enjoy
