Chop 2 or 3 white onions
Slice some white leak
Press 2 garlic cloves
Stir in skillet with 3 T butter. Cook until tender. Add a little vegetable broth and simmer then add heavy cream and simmer a bit
Pour thru colander and puree the remaining onion mixture and add to soup. Salt and pepper to taste and garnish with a drizzle of truffle oil
