Emilie’s Lasagne

1 8oz pg Lasagne no cook noodles

1 lb ground beef

2 tsp seasoned salt

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1/4 tsp pepper

1 28 oz can tomatoes

1 8 oz tomato sauce

1 pkg McCormicks Thick & Zesty Spaghetti sauce mix

8 oz Mozzarella

8 oz drained cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

 

Brown meat. Add salt, garlic & pepper. Cook on low for 10 minutes.  Add tomatoes, sauce, or spaghetti sauce mix. Cook covered on low for 30 minutes.  Using no cook lasagne noodles, layer meat sauce, lasagne noodles, cheese and repeat layers ending with meat sauce and then top with Parmesan cheese and bake till bubbly.

350 for 20 minutes plus or minus – serves 6-8 people
