Emilie’s everyday Meat Loaf

2 beaten eggs

3/4 cup milk

2/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ground sage

Dash of pepper

1 1/2 lbs ground beaf

Topping:

1/4 cup Catsup

2 Tbsps brown sugar

1 tsp dry Mustard

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt, sage and pepper.  Add beef and mix well.  Pat mixture in 8/4/2 loaf pan. Bake @ 350 for 1 hours. Combine topping ingredients and spread over meat loaf and bake 15 more minutes.
