This is exactly the reaction I would get at my house if I did not make these for Christmas morning!  It is expected and it will happen… promise! …….The first recipe is the original one I received from Grams years ago and the 2nd one is the one I send to friends when they ask for the recipe  :  ) Super easy and they only rise once!  They are quick to make and so, so good.
